Step 1: Schedule a 15-minute Introduction Call
We'll start with a 15-minute chat about your baby’s sleep challenges. This one-on-one sleep assessment is your chance to share what’s working, what isn’t, and your sleep goals. Feel free to dive into everything—from routines to any hurdles you’re facing—so we can get a clear picture of your family’s unique needs and provide the best support possible.
Step 2: Complete sleep questionnaire + receive sleep strategy
After our call, you’ll fill out a sleep questionnaire to share all the important details. With insights from both the call and the questionnaire, we’ll create a personalized sleep plan just for your baby and your family. This plan will include practical steps, strategies, and advice to help improve your little one’s sleep, all while fitting your parenting style.
Step 3: Implement the strategies with our support + troubleshooting
Once we have your sleep plan ready, we’ll support you through the implementation process with two weeks of follow-up support. We’ll be right here to answer any questions, offer guidance, and tweak the plan as needed. Whether you run into bumps along the way or want to celebrate those small victories, we’re just a message away to make sure the plan works for you and your baby!
